THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE 19th AMENDMENT

The 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution prohibits the states and the federal government from denying the right to vote to citizens of the U.S. on the basis of sex. Its adoption was certified on August 26, 1920, the culmination of a decades-long movement for women's suffrage.

2021 VIRTUAL TOWN BUDGET FORUM

The public hearing on the budget will take place on Tuesday, December 1st. Copies of the proposed budget are available upon request at Town Hall or online at www.mynewcastle.org. The Town Board is scheduled to vote on the budget at the December 8th Town Board meeting.
